DexCalc App Terms of Use

DexCalc provides mathematical estimation models for educational, commercial budgeting, and illustrative purposes only. Calculation outputs do not constitute certified public accounting (CPA), financial advisory, legal counsel, or tax filing advice. Always verify figures with certified professionals prior to executing binding agreements.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing the DexCalc application from the Google Play Store or authorized distribution channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.
2.License Grant
Dex Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the DexCalc application for personal, internal business, or educational estimation purposes on Android hardware owned or controlled by you.
3.No Guarantee of Mathematical Accuracy
While Dex Labs employs rigorous mathematical testing for all financial algorithms, DexCalc is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Formula parameters (such as interest compounding frequencies, tax bracket thresholds, or amortizations) are approximations and may differ from specific banking, lending, or tax authority implementations.
4.User Responsibilities
You represent and agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application package (.apk/.aab).
- Use the application for fraudulent financial representation or illegal commercial activities.
- Interfere with or circumvent ad serving mechanisms provided by Google AdMob.
5.Intellectual Property
All mathematical code, UI layouts, graphics, branding, formulas, and trademarks associated with DexCalc and the Dex Labs network are the exclusive intellectual property of Dex Labs.
6.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dex Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on calculation figures, loan payment estimates, or tax estimations generated within the app.
7.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard applicable commercial statutes, without regard to conflict of law principles [Jurisdiction Placeholder: Delaware, USA / Applicable Local Jurisdiction].
